Be a spider-woman in your own city.

Fifteen seconds, one continuous shot, zero cuts ~ swinging through La Latina and landing above the Madrid rooftops at golden hour. The whole prompt is below, and six lines are the only thing making it Madrid.

The final frame ~ a small figure suspended above Madrid church domes and bell towers at golden hour

Cuts

A still image needs a good description. A video needs a shot list with timecodes.

That's the whole difference. If you write "she swings through the city at sunset" you get four cuts you never asked for and a body that floats. Below is what I wrote instead, and it ran on Seedance 2.0 with a short video of my face as the reference.

Disclosure: the Higgsfield link in this post is my creator referral link. Signing up through it supports my work, and it costs you nothing extra.

01 ~ The shift

What you're actually writing

Six blocks stack before the action even starts: the face reference, the body, how she contacts the world, the mechanics of each movement, the realism spec, and the camera rule. Then five timed beats. Then sound. The action is the last thing you write, not the first.

Two phone photos on a window sill for the outfit, and a few seconds of video for the face. That's the entire input.

02 ~ Physicality

Lock the body before the scene

Height, weight, build, and a sentence on how she moves. Mine says 165cm, 47kg, athletic and lean, moving like a trained gymnast-dancer with superpowers ~ core engaged, knees absorbing every impact, muscles loading before every launch. Then, separately, the mechanics of each movement, because a model that knows what a wall run is still needs to know what a wall run looks like.

Web swing

Arms extended gripping the web, legs together trailing, back straight, chin up ~ clean rope-swing athlete form.

Wall run

Body leans 45 degrees into the wall, feet striking the surface in a true running gait, arms pumping, hair and hoodie pulled sideways by momentum.

Wall push-off

Both feet plant flat, knees compress deep, then legs extend explosively at launch, arms punching forward.

Street sprint

Full sprint form, arms driving, body leaning into travel, shoes striking the stone.

Free flight at peak

Arms open naturally to the sides, back slightly arched, physically released ~ not posed.

03 ~ The weight trick

Make her touch the city

This is the line I'd keep if I could only keep one: she physically interacts with the city at every opportunity. Feet push off walls, plant on car roofs, strike pavement. Every contact point shows real weight transfer ~ surface flexes, knees bend, fabric reacts.

Without it you get a figure gliding past a backdrop. With it you get parkour that happens to include web-swinging, and the difference is the entire illusion. The taxi roof in the second beat exists purely so there's something to bounce off.

04 ~ The shot list

Fifteen seconds, beat by beat

Timecodes are what buy you one continuous take. Tap through the beats ~ note how much of the runtime goes to the final hold.

One continuous shot15 sec · no cuts

10–15 sec

The hold

Wide, at rooftop level. She hangs at the peak, arms open, head back, eyes closed, completely still for one breathless beat. Golden hour burning across the horizon. Then she starts to fall.

WhyFive seconds of almost nothing. The stillness is what makes the previous ten seconds land.

05 ~ Verbatim

The full prompt

Exactly what I ran. Copy it whole, then change the six city lines in the next section.

Face — Reference Image 3.

CHARACTER PHYSICALITY — MANDATORY: 165cm, 47kg, athletic and lean. She moves like a trained gymnast-dancer with superpowers: core engaged, every movement deliberate, knees absorb every impact, muscles load before every launch. Her body stays controlled and taut through the whole shot, following real physics. Her torso stays oriented with her direction of travel; rotation is minimal and intentional.

ENVIRONMENT CONTACT — MANDATORY: She physically interacts with the city at every opportunity. Feet push off walls, plant on car roofs, strike pavement; hands grip the web line. Every contact point shows real weight transfer: surface flexes, knees bend, fabric reacts. This is parkour plus web-swinging, always anchored to surfaces.

BODY MECHANICS PER MOVEMENT:
Web swing: arms extended gripping the web, legs together trailing, back straight, chin up, clean rope-swing athlete form.
Wall run: body leans 45 degrees into the wall, feet striking the surface in a true running gait, arms pumping, hair and hoodie pulled sideways by momentum.
Wall push-off: both feet plant flat, knees compress deep, then legs extend explosively at launch, arms punching forward.
Street sprint: full sprint form, arms driving, body leaning into travel, pointe shoes striking the stone.
Free flight at peak: arms open naturally to the sides, back slightly arched, physically released, not posed.

REALISM — MANDATORY: Real Hollywood film. RED Monstro 8K, anamorphic lens, real motion blur, real fabric physics, warm summer-evening Madrid haze. Photorealistic throughout.

CAMERA — MANDATORY: ONE continuous drone-follow, zero cuts, zero teleporting. The camera banks, tilts and rolls physically, always framed wide enough to hold both her and the city.

15-second continuous shot. Starts from black.

0–1 sec: Black. Then CLOSE-UP — a white-gloved hand. Fingers open, wrist snaps, web fires. Camera pulls back fast.

1–4 sec: Wide — a narrow old-town Madrid street in La Latina. Ochre and terracotta facades, wrought-iron balconies crowded with plants, striped awnings, a tiled bar front, café terrace tables below. She swings LOW, three meters above the cobbles, perfect swing form, eyes wide, slight grin, pure focus. At the bottom of the arc her feet skim the roof of a parked white Madrid taxi with its red diagonal stripe — a light bounce of real contact, a quick surprised laugh, and she uses it to redirect. Camera banks 40 degrees.

4–7 sec: She releases at the peak, body opens, arms out. Then she runs along the warm brick side of a Malasaña-style building, feet striking between balcony rows in a real running gait, four or five fast steps, jaw set, intense concentration — then both feet plant, knees compress, and she explodes off the wall, firing a new web across a wide plaza intersection. The swing whips her sideways; camera rolls 60 degrees with her.

7–10 sec: She comes in LOW down a street lined with white taxis, two meters off the ground, body streamlined like an arrow, adrenaline grin, teeth showing. Web releases, her feet hit the granite setts — full sprint, three or four driving steps between the taxis, pointe shoes striking stone with a light evening sheen on it. A taxi honks; she laughs out loud, head tipping back. Then one foot plants on the taxi's side, a single explosive step off its roof, and she fires a web upward at a corner building with a domed bell tower, rising fast to just above rooftop height. "WOOHOO!" — mouth open, completely uncontrolled, a real scream of joy.

10–15 sec: WIDE SHOT at rooftop level. She hangs at the peak of the rise, arms slightly open, back gently arched, head back, eyes closed — the face of someone at the best moment of her life — completely still for one breathless beat. Golden hour over Madrid: warm orange and pink burning across the horizon toward the Sierra, massive clouds lit gold from below. She is a small figure dead center against the enormous glowing sky. Terracotta tile rooftops, church domes and bell towers, antenna silhouettes, the streets glowing below. The frame holds. She begins to fall back down. [END]

AUDIO — SFX ONLY, NO MUSIC: Wind rushing. Web snap and twang. Feet tapping the taxi roof. Pointe shoes striking stone, real impacts. Faint café terrace chatter and cutlery as she passes low. A Madrid taxi horn. Swifts screeching high above the rooftops. Her real laugh. "WOOHOO!" echoing between the facades. Wind cutting away as she rises. Then silence at the peak.

RED Monstro 8K, anamorphic, controlled athletic body throughout, physical surface contact at every opportunity, detailed body mechanics per movement, severe Dutch angle during swings, golden hour sunset in warm orange and pink, dramatic volumetric clouds, subject at rooftop level in the final frame, tiny centered figure in the wide final shot, old-town Madrid with wrought-iron balconies and terracotta rooftops, one continuous drone-follow, no cuts, photorealistic.

06 ~ Your turn

Swap Madrid for your city

Everything above the beats works anywhere. Only six lines are actually about Madrid, and they're the fun part to rewrite ~ Lisbon has trams, Manila has jeepneys, Mexico City has those green Beetles, New York has the fire escapes.

Six lines to change

Street

[your oldest, narrowest street ~ name the facade colour and what hangs off the balconies]

The vehicle she bounces off

[the car everyone in your city would recognise ~ colour, marking, why it's parked there]

The wall she runs

[a wall with texture and repeating features to strike between]

The thing she fires at

[your tallest recognisable corner ~ tower, dome, sign, spire]

The final wide

[your rooftops at golden hour, and what's on the horizon behind them]

Ambient sound

[three sounds that only happen in your city at that hour]

Be specific about the boring stuff. Not "a European street" but the colour of the facades and what hangs off the balconies. Not "a car" but the taxi everyone in your city would recognise from the stripe alone. Specific beats grand, every single time.

07 ~ Sound

SFX only, no music

The prompt asks for wind, a web snap and twang, feet tapping a taxi roof, shoes striking stone, café terrace chatter, one taxi horn, swifts screeching above the rooftops, her real laugh, and a "WOOHOO" echoing between the facades. Then wind cutting away as she rises, and silence at the peak.

Ask for music and you lose all of it. The impacts are what make the body look heavy, and the silence at the end is what makes the hold feel like a held breath. You can always drop a track on afterwards ~ which is exactly what I did for the post below.
