6 people. 6 weeks. 1 launched project. A small, online cohort for people who are tired of tutorial-hopping and ready to ship something other people can actually click on.
~ The honest pitch
We build the right way.
Claude, maxed out.
You bring a real thing you want to build ~ a SaaS, an internal tool, an automation, the AI assistant you keep starting and abandoning. I help you ship it. We meet weekly, look at your repo, fix what's broken, move on. By week 5 you launch it in public. Week 6 we demo, retro, and toast. No mindset slides. No "AI will change everything" talks. No homework essays.
~ Who is teaching this
Two businesses, apps on the App Store, a UGC pipeline that prints, founders coached to launch ~ all run from a laptop with a lean team and the right tools.
I also create content ~ one reel hit 1M views and took me to 16K followers in 1.5 months, with more leads than I could handle. I'll teach you how I built the distribution machine, not just the product.
All of it built with Claude Code, Vercel, Stripe, and a stack I'll teach you in week one. 10 years across product, ops, and sales ~ I've worn every hat. Now I build. I'm not a guru. I'm a tech chameleon who got tired of explaining the same thing in DMs.

~ Six weeks, one launched thing
→ Working dev env + a scope you defended in front of the room.
Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, MCP, skills. Then a scoping clinic ~ each of you on the hot seat, ripping your idea down to one core verb you refuse to touch for 2 weeks.
→ A CLAUDE.md design system committed. Every AI prompt from now on ships in your brand.
The constraints session. Palette, type, voice, references ~ frozen by end of call. Then we feed it to Claude as a design system block. Prompt 1 in week 3 already looks like you. No 'AI default cream and slop' output. No retrofitting.
→ A v1 on Vercel that does ONE thing end-to-end ~ real login, real database, and it looks like you.
Auth and a connected database, the no-fear way. I screen-share your repos and mark them up live, then build the ONE thing in front of you ~ prompts, failures, corrections. You build yours in the second block. Public commit by end of call.
→ A v2 with real infra, or a brutally sharper core. You pick. You defend it.
Auth + Stripe Checkout + Resend speedrun. Then the fork: each of you defends in 60 seconds whether you're adding infra or compressing the core. Build block. Git workflow gut check.
→ Landing page LIVE on your real domain. List set up. Launch plan written.
Pitch round, group rates each one. The 5-section landing page that actually converts. Email list in 20 min (Resend). 2-channel distribution decision per person ~ realistic, not aspirational.
→ A live public link, a first real user, and a room that watched you ship.
You launch Mon-Thu (I review every post 12 hrs before). Friday is the live finale: 6 × 10-min demos, a group retro, the 'what's next' pitch, and the closing toast ~ Madrid IRL or Zoom for the rest of the world.
Each session: 3 hours live. Teach + share + build ~ with room for everyone to show their work. Between sessions: WhatsApp group, async repo reviews on your cohort dashboard, real replies in under 12 hours. You're never stuck for a week.
~ How this connects to the playbooks
~ Weeks 1, 3, 4 ~ the existing playbooks
Setup, First Ship, and Iterate are Zero to Production, Master Claude, and Claude as EA ~ except I'm debugging your repo in real time.
Lifetime access to all of them is included. The playbooks teach you. The cohort makes you ship.
~ Weeks 2 + 5 ~ what isn't written down yet
Brand + Claude Design (week 2) and Distribution or Death (week 5) aren't in any playbook. You get them first. They become €199 playbooks after cohort #1.
Be in the room before they're written down.
~ Less than what you'd pay a dev for one feature
Includes lifetime access to every playbook on abiemaxey.com ~ a quietly insane amount of value, but it's how I make sure you don't go quiet between sessions.

What you’d pay someone else to build these

Ship Yours is €600, once. You build all 3 yourself and keep €11,400.
~ What €600 actually gets you

And the skill is yours forever. Every project after this costs you nothing.
~ And because objections kill deals
Most people worry: I'll waste days fighting setup before I build anything.
My CLAUDE.md, my skills, and my Vercel + Stripe + auth templates ~ cloned to your repo. You start at mile five while everyone else is still reading docs.
Most people worry: I can build it, but no one will ever see it.
I review your content, funnels, and growth loops live ~ and you leave with a 2-channel launch plan that's realistic, not aspirational. Shipping is half the game.
Most people worry: What if I forget how to do this after the cohort?
Every playbook on abiemaxey.com, forever ~ updated as the tools change. Your reference library for every project you build after this one.
Most people worry: I don't want to be alone again after week 6.
A private room of people who actually shipped. First-look at every cohort, ongoing accountability, and real builders who get what you're doing.
~ The risk is mine
Ship a live product by week 6 ~ or I refund you in full. Show up, do the work, and you launch. If you don't, you don't pay. The risk is mine, not yours.
~ Seats next batch
Filling now3 / 6 left
3 seats are already spoken for. I keep batches at 6 on purpose ~ when it's full, you move to the front of the next one.
~ Things people DM me first
Yes ~ if you're allergic to the phrase 'I'll learn later.' You don't need to know React. You need to know what you want to build, and be willing to type things into a terminal without panicking.
Every session is recorded. Watch it before the next one. Show up to the next one. Miss two without warning and you're out ~ this only works if you stay in the room.
Small enough that I can actually read your code, remember your project, and call you out when you go quiet. 6 people per batch, never more. 30 is a webinar. This is a cohort.
No. I'll save you 40 hours of figuring things out alone ~ but you still have to ship it. I'm a coach, not a contractor.
If we don't hit 3 seats, I refund every penny and reschedule. You're not subsidizing an empty room.
Cohorts run in small batches, back to back. A batch starts once it fills. If the current one is full, I place you in the next ~ you don't reapply, you just move to the front of the line. Apply now and I'll tell you which batch you're in.
Then you're first in line for the next batch ~ not rejected. I keep cohorts small on purpose, so I run them often instead of cramming. You'll get a date, not a maybe.
~ Where this fits
Start where you are. Free playbooks teach the system, the bootcamps make you do it live. Each rung makes the next one feel small ~ so beginners never face the cliff alone.
~ New to Claude?
Claude Maxxing gets Claude working for you first ~ no code, 3 weeks, 6 sessions. Graduates come into Ship Yours ready, and get €200 off.
~ Last call
Tell me what you're building and where you're stuck. I read every application myself, and I reply within 48 hours ~ even if it's a no.
