You bring a real thing you want to build ~ a SaaS, an internal tool, an automation, the AI assistant you keep starting and abandoning. I help you ship it. We meet weekly, look at your repo, fix what's broken, move on. By week 5 you launch it in public. Week 6 we demo, retro, and toast. No mindset slides. No "AI will change everything" talks. No homework essays.

The plan.
Setup, done right.
→ Working dev env + a scope you defended in front of the room.
Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, MCP, skills. Then a scoping clinic ~ each of you on the hot seat, ripping your idea down to one core verb you refuse to touch for 2 weeks.
Brand + Claude Design.
→ A CLAUDE.md design system committed. Every AI prompt from now on ships in your brand.
The constraints session. Palette, type, voice, references ~ frozen by end of call. Then we feed it to Claude as a design system block. Prompt 1 in week 3 already looks like you. No 'AI default cream and slop' output. No retrofitting.
First ship ~ login + data.
→ A v1 on Vercel that does ONE thing end-to-end ~ real login, real database, and it looks like you.
Auth and a connected database, the no-fear way. I screen-share your repos and mark them up live, then build the ONE thing in front of you ~ prompts, failures, corrections. You build yours in the second block. Public commit by end of call.
Iterate + survive Monday.
→ A v2 with real infra, or a brutally sharper core. You pick. You defend it.
Auth + Stripe Checkout + Resend speedrun. Then the fork: each of you defends in 60 seconds whether you're adding infra or compressing the core. Build block. Git workflow gut check.
Distribution or death.
→ Landing page LIVE on your real domain. List set up. Launch plan written.
Pitch round, group rates each one. The 5-section landing page that actually converts. Email list in 20 min (Resend). 2-channel distribution decision per person ~ realistic, not aspirational.
Demo Day + Graduation.
→ A live public link, a first real user, and a room that watched you ship.
You launch Mon-Thu (I review every post 12 hrs before). Friday is the live finale: 6 × 10-min demos, a group retro, the 'what's next' pitch, and the closing toast ~ Madrid IRL or Zoom for the rest of the world.
Each session: 3 hours live. Teach + share + build ~ with room for everyone to show their work. Between sessions: WhatsApp group, async repo reviews on your cohort dashboard, real replies in under 12 hours. You're never stuck for a week.

I'm not a developer. Should I still apply?
Yes ~ if you're allergic to the phrase 'I'll learn later.' You don't need to know React. You need to know what you want to build, and be willing to type things into a terminal without panicking.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded. Watch it before the next one. Show up to the next one. Miss two without warning and you're out ~ this only works if you stay in the room.
Why so small?
Small enough that I can actually read your code, remember your project, and call you out when you go quiet. 6 people per batch, never more. 30 is a webinar. This is a cohort.
Will you finish my project for me?
No. I'll save you 40 hours of figuring things out alone ~ but you still have to ship it. I'm a coach, not a contractor.
What if it doesn't fill?
If we don't hit 3 seats, I refund every penny and reschedule. You're not subsidizing an empty room.
When?
Cohorts run in small batches, back to back. A batch starts once it fills. If the current one is full, I place you in the next ~ you don't reapply, you just move to the front of the line. Apply now and I'll tell you which batch you're in.
What if it's already full?
Then you're first in line for the next batch ~ not rejected. I keep cohorts small on purpose, so I run them often instead of cramming. You'll get a date, not a maybe.
