It's hard. I'm struggling a lot with meditation ~ and I am beginning to dislike it.
01The Struggle
Sessions aren't getting completed consistently. I feel unaccomplished when I can't prioritise it in the morning ~ which was the whole point of the commitment. The topics feel disconnected: auto-pilot, awareness. Clichéd.
But I also know I need better focus. So I keep showing up, even if it doesn't feel right yet.
02Dan Koe Changed Things
Meron ~ a friend from Toronto ~ recommended Dan Koe while we were talking about goals. I went down the YouTube rabbit hole. Direct, no-nonsense, cuts straight through.
His emphasis on writing as a foundational skill landed hard. Want to become a great YouTuber? Write. Storyteller? Write. Build confidence? Write. It threads through everything.
Curate. Create. Remix.

Originality is impossible. Perspective is everything. Deconstructing your thoughts to create persuasive content is an unlockable superpower ~ and that framing shifted something.
Curate. Create. Remix. That's the whole game.
03Room Makeover Update
Found a boho pastel rug for $10. That alone transformed the space.
Axel ~ a new Montreal friend I met online for the first time ~ gave me a mirror. The room is coming together.
Days 3–4 done.
Meditation is still uncomfortable. But Dan Koe reminded me why I'm doing this. The room looks better. The mind is slowly catching up.
