01The Art of Doing Nothing
Today's topic finally clicked: dedicate at least 10 minutes daily to doing nothing. Not resting. Not relaxing. Nothing.
It should feel uncomfortable to try not to be productive. That discomfort is the point. You might feel like it was a chore afterwards ~ and that's exactly right.
Uncomfortable. Intentional. Necessary.
02Thoughts While Walking
A sunset walk through Montreal's Old Port. Saturday crowds ~ vibrant, alive, unhurried. I prefer these sunsets to San Diego sunsets. There's something about the light on the water here.
Grabbed pizza from Slice and Soda. Then stumbled into an alley where activists had set up a video exhibit on animal agriculture cruelty. A man walked me through each section.
It made me reconsider. Can I become vegan?



Day 5 done.
Meditation finally made sense today. The walk helped. The activists made me think. A good day all around.
