Ihaven't noticed any benefits yet ~ and I am starting to realise how easy it is to give up when you're focused on short-term results.
01The Meditation
Apartment hunting made it hard to stay consistent. The routine broke and the motivation dipped with it.
I'm contemplating switching to devotionals instead. Maybe the structure I need is more spiritual than breathwork-based. Still thinking it through.
02The New Apartment
Relocated to a new apartment in Downtown Montreal. Big upgrade from Griffintown ~ better location, upgraded furnishings, and a mattress that might be the most comfortable I've slept on in months.
The Downtown vibe is more vibrant and alive. It's strengthening my inclination to extend the Canadian stay even further.
This one feels right.

03The Move
Moved 55% of my belongings solo. A two-bedroom space ~ planning to convert the second room into an office area.
Despite tackling it alone, community members volunteered to help with the heavy lifting. That kind of generosity doesn't go unnoticed.

04New York City
Visiting New York City to celebrate a friend's birthday. The timing worked out perfectly ~ I needed a break from Canada anyway, and the city always delivers.
Days 6–7 done.
Meditation is inconsistent. The apartment is a dream. The move was hard. New York is next. Short-term thinking is the enemy ~ keeping that in mind.
23 more to go.
